ARMC7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMC7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,690 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMC7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATAD2, SMAD4, and SUPT16H. Each is linked with ARMC7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC7-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARMC7 versus ATAD2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
