Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,669 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARMC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF33, EME1, and ZNF98. Each is linked with ARMC5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC5-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF33 grouped by ARMC5-low versus ARMC5-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
