Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARMC5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARMC5 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher ARMC5 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARMC5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and HNSC show a favorable association.
PAAD, HNSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where ARMC5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
