ARMC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARMC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 141 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM18, PNLIPRP3, and GABRA4. Each is linked with ARMC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC5-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM18 grouped by ARMC5-low versus ARMC5-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
