Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMC10P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,412 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARMC10P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PUS7_S90, ZC3H18_S46, and H1-4. Each is linked with ARMC10P1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC10P1-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC10P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARMC10P1 versus PUS7_S90 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMC10P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMC10P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
