Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARMC10P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARMC10P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher ARMC10P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARMC10P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THCA and SKCM show a favorable association.
PAAD, KICH, and THCA are the cancer types where ARMC10P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
