Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL8A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,725 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARL8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR29B2CHG, ZC3H12A, and KCNJ5. Each is linked with ARL8A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL8A-to-partner and partner-to-ARL8A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARL8A versus MIR29B2CHG in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
