Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL5B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,713 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARL5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4311, RNA5SP412, and MIR6803. Each is linked with ARL5B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL5B-to-partner and partner-to-ARL5B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4311 grouped by ARL5B-low versus ARL5B-high in CESC.
