Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARL5B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL34, CARD18, and OOSP4A. Each is linked with ARL5B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL5B-to-partner and partner-to-ARL5B results are reported.
