Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL5AP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,205 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARL5AP5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autophagosome organization, Regulation of mRNA catabolic process, and Regulation of microtubule cytoskeleton organization. Each is linked with ARL5AP5 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL5AP5-to-partner and partner-to-ARL5AP5 results are reported.
