Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARL5AP5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARL5AP5 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher ARL5AP5 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARL5AP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and LUAD show a favorable association.
MESO, LIHC, and BLCA are the cancer types where ARL5AP5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
