Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL5A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,330 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARL5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, RNU6-718P, and NUTF2P8. Each is linked with ARL5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL5A-to-partner and partner-to-ARL5A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by ARL5A-low versus ARL5A-high in UCEC.
