The most reproducible ARL14EPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLK5 and PFN3. Each is linked with ARL14EPL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL14EPL-to-partner and partner-to-ARL14EPL results are reported.
