Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARL14EPL RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARL14EPL data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ARL14EPL RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARL14EPL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and BRCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, LUSC, and THYM are the cancer types where ARL14EPL RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
