Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL14EP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,490 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARL14EP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINE1, NEK2, and CENPF. Each is linked with ARL14EP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL14EP-to-partner and partner-to-ARL14EP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARL14EP versus SERPINE1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL14EP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL14EP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
