Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARL14EP RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARL14EP data layer compared with 3 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ARL14EP RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARL14EP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and KIRC show a favorable association.

BRCA, KIRC, and READ are the cancer types where ARL14EP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
