Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARL14EP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,701 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARL14EP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine acetylation, Monoubiquitinated protein deubiquitination, and Ribosomal subunit export from nucleus. Each is linked with ARL14EP in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL14EP-to-partner and partner-to-ARL14EP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-lysine acetylation grouped by ARL14EP-low versus ARL14EP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
