ARL13A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL13A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,994 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL13A-associated genes across cancer lineages are NR2C2, KIAA2026, and RNPC3. Each is linked with ARL13A in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL13A-to-partner and partner-to-ARL13A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARL13A versus NR2C2 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL13A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL13A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
