ARL10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,378 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM47, ISLR, and SEC23B. Each is linked with ARL10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL10-to-partner and partner-to-ARL10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARL10 versus RBM47 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
