ARL10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,622 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL10-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAALADL2-AS1, NENFP1, and ICAM5. Each is linked with ARL10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL10-to-partner and partner-to-ARL10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARL10 versus NAALADL2-AS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.20.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
