ARL10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 256 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY15P, OR5J7P, and TRAJ12. Each is linked with ARL10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL10-to-partner and partner-to-ARL10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPY15P grouped by ARL10-low versus ARL10-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
