Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARL10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,614 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with ARL10 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL10-to-partner and partner-to-ARL10 results are reported.
