Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARIH2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,428 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARIH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP32, TRAIP, and FOXM1. Each is linked with ARIH2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARIH2-to-partner and partner-to-ARIH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARIH2 versus ARHGAP32 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARIH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARIH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
