ARID5A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARID5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,398 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARID5A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R18, PLEKHO2, and ANKRD44. Each is linked with ARID5A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARID5A-to-partner and partner-to-ARID5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARID5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARID5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
