ARID5A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARID5A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 385 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARID5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC25B, SLC52A3, and JAG1. Each is linked with ARID5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARID5A-to-partner and partner-to-ARID5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARID5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARID5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
