Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARID5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,837 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARID5A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of 3'-UTR-mediated mRNA stabilization, Regulation of 3'-UTR-mediated mRNA stabilization, and Negative regulation of calcineurin-mediated signaling. Each is linked with ARID5A in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARID5A-to-partner and partner-to-ARID5A results are reported.
