Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARID5A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARID5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MROH2B, TMEM244, and CPXCR1. Each is linked with ARID5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARID5A-to-partner and partner-to-ARID5A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARID5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARID5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
