ARID4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARID4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,764 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARID4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QBP, ZPR1, and LINC02241. Each is linked with ARID4A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARID4A-to-partner and partner-to-ARID4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1QBP grouped by ARID4A-low versus ARID4A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARID4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARID4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
