Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC02241 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC02241 expression is associated with patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC02241 is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Additionally, LINC02241 RNA expression shows 7,724 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Together, these results highlight KIRP, LIHC, and TGCT as cancer lineages where LINC02241 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
