ARID2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARID2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,030 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARID2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANAPC5, SUDS3, and CCDC59. Each is linked with ARID2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARID2-to-partner and partner-to-ARID2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARID2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARID2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
