Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARID2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,266 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARID2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC17A5, QPCT, and DNAAF3. Each is linked with ARID2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARID2-to-partner and partner-to-ARID2 results are reported.
