Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARID2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,588 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARID2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA recombination, Positive regulation of DNA repair, and Regulation of DNA recombination. Each is linked with ARID2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARID2-to-partner and partner-to-ARID2 results are reported.
