ARID1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARID1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,091 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARID1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPIL4, DPF2, and GATAD2B. Each is linked with ARID1B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARID1B-to-partner and partner-to-ARID1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARID1B versus PPIL4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARID1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARID1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
