Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARID1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,014 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARID1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are WTAP, CEP43, and FAM120B. Each is linked with ARID1B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARID1B-to-partner and partner-to-ARID1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARID1B versus WTAP in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARID1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARID1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
