Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARID1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,337 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARID1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHEK1, NCAPD3, and DONSON. Each is linked with ARID1B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARID1B-to-partner and partner-to-ARID1B results are reported.
