ARID1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARID1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,993 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARID1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCAF8, TBP, and TULP4. Each is linked with ARID1B in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARID1B-to-partner and partner-to-ARID1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARID1B versus SCAF8 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARID1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARID1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
