ARID1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARID1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,590 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARID1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair, Protein-DNA complex organization, and Regulation of G0 to G1 transition. Each is linked with ARID1B in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARID1B-to-partner and partner-to-ARID1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair grouped by ARID1B-low versus ARID1B-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARID1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARID1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
