ARHGEF40

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF40 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,762 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF40-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL5, FMNL3, and AGO1. Each is linked with ARHGEF40 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF40-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGEF40 versus RPL5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF40→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
