Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGEF40 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARHGEF40 data layer compared with 12 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher ARHGEF40 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGEF40 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and KIRP show a favorable association.

LUSC, KIRC, and ACC are the cancer types where ARHGEF40 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
