The most reproducible ARHGEF40-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of supramolecular fiber organization, Actin filament depolymerization, and Regulation of cell-substrate junction organization. Each is linked with ARHGEF40 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF40-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF40 results are reported.
