ARHGEF25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,776 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF25-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ12, LINC01072, and KCTD9. Each is linked with ARHGEF25 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF25-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ12 grouped by ARHGEF25-low versus ARHGEF25-high in UCS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF25→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
