Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGEF25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,352 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lipoprotein localization, Lipoprotein transport, and Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with ARHGEF25 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF25-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF25 results are reported.
