Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGAP5-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,499 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGAP5-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP5, SEC23B, and L2HGDH. Each is linked with ARHGAP5-AS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGAP5-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGAP5-AS1 results are reported.
