ARGLU1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARGLU1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,888 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARGLU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCEP1, E2F6P1, and TEMN3-AS1. Each is linked with ARGLU1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARGLU1-to-partner and partner-to-ARGLU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCEP1 grouped by ARGLU1-low versus ARGLU1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARGLU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARGLU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
