ARG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,580 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLK_S518, SAFB_S604, and SP100_S410. Each is linked with ARG1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARG1-to-partner and partner-to-ARG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARG1 versus SLK_S518 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
