Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 35,999 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A12, S100A8, and S100A9. Each is linked with ARG1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARG1-to-partner and partner-to-ARG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARG1 versus S100A12 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
