ARG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 439 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6854, MIR4663, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with ARG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARG1-to-partner and partner-to-ARG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6854 grouped by ARG1-low versus ARG1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
