Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,690 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of T-helper 2 cell cytokine production, Regulation of organelle assembly, and Positive regulation of TORC1 signaling. Each is linked with ARG1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARG1-to-partner and partner-to-ARG1 results are reported.
