ARFGEF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARFGEF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,278 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARFGEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VCPIP1, CSPP1, and RAB2A. Each is linked with ARFGEF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARFGEF1-to-partner and partner-to-ARFGEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARFGEF1 versus VCPIP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARFGEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARFGEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
