ARFGEF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARFGEF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,978 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARFGEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, RCC1, and RNA5SP209. Each is linked with ARFGEF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARFGEF1-to-partner and partner-to-ARFGEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD51 grouped by ARFGEF1-low versus ARFGEF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARFGEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARFGEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
